I previously had another brand of door knob cover in use. I prefer these. FIrst of all the clear look is much nicer on a brass doorknob than putting up a color. More importantly, they provide a better grip and seem to give a larger surface with ribbing. I use the side of my arm to turn the knob and they work like that for me so if you have severe hand dexterity issues but don’t want to spend extra on levers (like me) I recommend these. I also like the fact that the one I put up outside is holding up as nicely as the ones I have on my inside doors.

My Mom has severe RT. Her ability to ‘grip’ has declined over the years, so I thought maybe these would help. They were easy to install, however, you need to make sure the keyhole on the door knob does not get covered by the gripper or you will not be able to lock/unlock your door. All in all a great product – she is able to get in and out of the house with ease.
