|A Top Pain Reliever,
My wife could not buy this arthritis medicine in local stores. Bought it from Amazon. Excellent product; no hassles; arrived timely.
What can I say- its Tylenol. This stuff has been shown to work for arthritic knee pain, so if this is one of your main problems, its certainly worth a try. Make sure your doctor is aware of how much you’re taking though- I just heard on the radio this morning that the number one reason for ER visits for liver failure is too much Tylenol!
One problem is that people take too much.
It works like regular and extra strength Tylenol but on specific pain. If you don’t have arthritic pain, this over-the-counter pain reliever may not be for you. It works wonderfully on moderate back pain caused by arthritis but does little or nothing for muscle pain due to exercise.

PLEASE NOTE: READ DIRECTIONS BEFORE USING
Tylenol Extra Strength PM really helps ease the discomfort of muscle aches and pains when I have the flu, a bad cold or if I just simply pulled a muscle. This offers me a very good alternative to aspirin if I need pain relief; and it has a very non habit forming way of helping you drift off to sleep to get the rest you need when you’re not feeling well.
Obviously, even with the ingredients that help you drift off to sleep, this is essentially for short term pain relief from relatively minor aches and pains. It can even help to temporarily reduce a fever. If you have any major problems or concerns consult a doctor before taking this product.
Tylenol comes packaged rather well and you should use this before the expiration date printed on the bottle. If the expiration date has passed throw this out and get a new bottle of Tylenol.
All in all, I have used Tylenol for decades and I have always been satisfied. It helped when I started a course of chemotherapy last month and it has almost never let me down. I highly recommend this product.

|Tylenol PM is Great,
When I cannot sleep I use Tylenol PM and they are great, they really help you to go to sleep.
